Yes, concessions will be open for grab-and-go snacks during the event. Please note that outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Yes, we recommend bringing a water bottle. Only empty or unopened water bottles are permitted inside the stadium. Bottle-filling stations are available throughout the facility. Please note that Gill Coliseum is not air-conditioned, so plan for warm temperatures.

Yes, all graduates and guests must follow the Clear Bag Policy for the ceremony. Bags that do not meet the guidelines will not be allowed, and you may be asked to return prohibited items to your vehicle. We recommend reviewing the list of prohibited items in advance. ADA accessible parking is available at Reser Stadium, located directly across the street from Gill Coliseum.

A wheelchair-accessible ramp is located on the side of the coliseum, at the corner of SW Ralph Miller Lane and SW 26th St in front of the Beaver Store. These doors will open first, at 1:45 p.m. Please be prepared for a possible wait.

Floor-level seating will be available, and one family member may sit with each guest requiring accessible seating. Volunteers will be on-site to assist with locating seats. Please note that seating in this area is limited.

Unfortunately, Oregon State University does not provide wheelchairs. Guests who may have difficulty walking long distances should consider bringing a wheelchair. However, wheelchairs can also be rented at Rice's Pharmacy & Gift and most medical supply stores.
