Advising Appointments
Appointments are available in person and virtually. In-person appointments are held in KEAR 101.
- Current CCE students: Schedule with your assigned advisor through Beaver Hub or click the “schedule an appointment” link below.
- Other OSU students and prospective students: Please email the advisor corresponding with your last name and campus to set up an appointment.
Drop-in Advising
On-campus drop-in advising will resume in fall term. Drop-in hours will be posted around the start of the term.

Before Your Meeting
- Check your MyDegrees Planner and update your plan if necessary.
- When coming into the KEAR 101 office, use the QR Code at the front desk to check in. Cindy is available to help!
- Email your advisor if you can’t attend your appointment or need to meet over Zoom instead of in person.

Sample degree plans are available in Box for the Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Construction Engineering Management majors. New and incoming OSU students should refer to the 2026-27 Sample Plans. For continuing students, your degree requirements depend on when you started at OSU and when you declared or changed your major, if applicable. OSU launched Core Education (Core Ed) in summer 2025 as part of a university-wide curricular reform. Students who started at OSU prior to summer 2025 should continue to follow the Baccalaureate Core (Bacc Core) requirements for their degrees. Students should use the plan that aligns with their general education requirements (Core Ed or Bacc Core) and the academic year they declared their major. Please contact your advisor if you have questions about degree requirements or which sample plan to follow. |
