Events

  • Some events - like the September Showcase are in-person. You will not receive a Zoom link.
  • If you register for a Handshake event - like for the Showcase Preparation Workshop - go back in Handshake. Find the event. The event link is usually in the “Virtual Event” section.
  • If you register for a virtual event - like EECS Virtual Networking Day – and received a confirmation but no Zoom links, don’t worry. The links are emailed out about a week before the event.

Other helpful tips

  • Sometimes links get trapped in a spam filter or junk folder.
  • Links are typically only active during the live event. Event times are usually Pacific time zone.
  • Links are typically Zoom Links. They work best with the Zoom app. Be sure to be logged into Zoom before opening the links.
  • Not all employer presentations are recorded. Recordings from EECS employer presentations are archived at EECS webinar page or the event website (e.g. EECS Networking Day)
