Aim for the Stars

Aerospace engineering focuses on the design, development, testing, and production of aircraft, spacecraft, and related systems.

Our expert faculty will guide you through the technical engineering courses relevant to aviation and astronautics while you participate in hands-on learning through lab and senior capstone courses.

Most aerospace companies, both in aviation and in astronautics, hire new graduates with degrees in general engineering disciplines, such as mechanical or electrical engineering. By adding our aerospace engineering option or minor to your degree, you’ll gain the specialized technical expertise and experiential knowledge that industry seeks.
