CBEE Transfer & Post Bacc Students

Considering a transfer to OSU for one of the CBEE majors? Learn more about Degree Requirements and the process of transferring your credits.

Prior to your first meeting

New incoming students will need to go through the New Student Onboarding Process in order to meet with an advisor.

• Save all of your previous course documents (like syllabi) to your computer (create a folder, organize by subject/number)
• Save a copy of all unofficial transcripts for future reference
• Check to confirm that all transcripts and test scores (AP, IB, CLEP) have been sent to OSU
• Look at MyDegrees to see how your credit was initially applied to your record.
  • If you are a Post Bacc student, tour advisor will provide more instructions about applying previous credit to your degree.
• Use the Transfer Credit Central to identify how your credit will apply to your requirements.
  • Please keep track of any credit that you believe is missing and bring up questions and concerns in your advising meeting
