CBEE Advising

New CBEE Students

New incoming students will need to go through the New Student Onboarding Process in order to meet with an advisor. During this appointment, you will have your advising and registration hold lifted so that you are able to register. You can find more information on the New Students page. All new students will be required to meet with their advisor during their first term.

Current students

Current students should schedule with their assigned advisor through Beaver Hub. Students can make an appointment with their advisor any time to discuss academic goals, career exploration and planning, and experiential learning. CBEE Advisors will email all students regarding Advising Registration hold appointments at the beginning of each term.

Adding a CBEE major or minor

If you are a current or prospective OSU student interested in adding a major or minor in Chemical, Biological, or Environmental Engineering, please email cbee.advising@oregonstate.edu to set up an appointment with one of our advisors.

Drop-In Times

Drop-in hours are for quick questions only. If you need more assistance, please schedule an appointment with your assigned advisor. Wait times may be up to 10 minutes.

Drop-ins are held in JOHN 116 (sign in at the front desk).

11:00am - 12:00pm Monday - Wednesday

Extended drop-in times will be communicated to students via email.

*Advisors will not remove registration holds during drop-in advising unless otherwise announced by CBEE advising.

Scheduling an Appointment

Schedule an appointment in Beaver Hub.

• Click on Success Team tab
• Click on your Academic Advisor’s name
• Click on the Schedule an Appointment button
• Choose your appointment type, date, and time
