COE Wellness Resources

Shannon Frasca, LCSW is the College of Engineering’s Wellness Coordinator and Counselor. Along with the office of Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), Shannon helps students navigate mental health and wellness resources on and off campus.

Student Health Services

Student Health Services is a team of highly qualified clinicians, health educators and other professionals who provide campus-wide comprehensive primary health care, disease prevention and treatment services, as well as extensive health promotion programs.

OSU Basic Needs Center

The Basic Needs Center has a textbook lending library with physical copies of course-required textbooks and supplies for some classes, and a laptop loan program through Media Hub.

COE Short-Term Laptop Rentals

Is your laptop broken or do you need a more powerful machine for a project? The College of Engineering’s IT and Computing Support team offers short-term laptop rentals to students.

OSU Basic Needs Center Food Pantry

In partnership with the Linn-Benton County Food Share, the food pantry is open to students on Wednesdays during the term, 8am-2pm.

Snap Benefits / Food Stamps

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) is offered through the Oregon Department of Human Services. SNAP benefits are accepted at Cascadia Market, the on-campus grocery store operated by University Housing & Dining Services.
