Biography

The Rorrer Lab focuses on the biotechnology of photosynthetic organisms in engineered systems for a variety of applications, including biofuel production, ocean-based carbon sequestration, pharmaceutical biosynthesis, environmental remediation, and biofabrication of nanostructured materials. Greg Rorrer is also co-author of the widely-used textbook “Fundamentals of Momentum, Heat and Mass Transfer” 7th edition.
