Eric Muhati is a computer scientist with a rich background in software engineering. His professional journey began with a focus on software development, which eventually led to the establishment of a successful software company. Driven by a passion for innovation and a desire to expand his knowledge, he pursued and obtained a Ph.D. in computer science from Howard University in 2021.
After achieving his academic milestones, Muhati transitioned into academia, where he has made substantial contributions through both research and teaching. His expertise encompasses a wide range of topics, including the application of machine learning algorithms for enhancing network security, secure IoT systems, cyber-physical systems, software-defined systems, autonomous vehicular networks, wireless network virtualization, and big data analytics. In addition, he maintains a strong interest in tackling broader challenges in the field of cybersecurity.
