Various scaling approaches have enabled the successful development and employment of prototypic systems with diverse materials and complex structures. Hosting a workshop provides an ideal platform for researchers in areas such as new nuclear reactor development, hybrid energy system analysis, innovative material testing, and IET/SET designs to share their experiences, challenges, and knowledge and explore future collaboration opportunities. As such, we are thrilled to host the Nuclear Scaling and Applications Workshop (NuSAW) at Oregon State University in Corvallis from August 1-3, 2023. This workshop will explore the latest advancements and future prospects in the field of scaling and its applications, which have garnered broad attention.
