Meet with Advisor

The MIME Advising office is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, with the exception of university holidays. Any deviations from standard operating hours will be posted on the office door. Our Academic Advisors are available for in-person and virtual scheduled appointments. Our advisors are also available for drop-in hours both in-person and virtual.

Schedule an Appointment

  • Current students can make an appointment with their advisor any time to discuss academic goals, career exploration and planning, and experiential learning. Schedule with your assigned advisor through Beaver Hub.

    • 3. Click on the Schedule an Appointment button

  • Changing or declaring MIME majors
    • If you are a current or prospective OSU student interested in declaring a major in MIME, please email a MIME advisor directly or email MIME.Advising@oregonstate.edu to set up an appointment with one of our advisors.

Students entering their first term at OSU must complete a required orientation which includes advising and registration.

Virtual and In-Person Drop-in Advising:

Drop-in advising is for quick questions and short conversations. If you need to talk to an advisor for more than 5-10 minutes, you will need to schedule an appointment with your assigned advisor.

Drop-in hours for fall term begin Monday, September 28th. Drop-in hours will not be available on the following University Holidays: November 11th, November 26th - November 27th, December 25th, and January 1st.

Fall term drop-in advising schedule:

In-person drop-ins are Monday -Wednesday 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm in Rogers Hall, room 238.

Virtual drop-ins are Thursday and Friday 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Please click on the Drop-in survey link and you will be routed to the drop-in waiting room. An advisor will be with you shortly.
