Hi! I’m Laurie and am originally from central Arkansas where I completed my B.A. at the University of Central Arkansas before moving to Texas to complete a M.S. in Higher Education Administration at Texas A&M University (Gig’em Aggies!). I have worked in both student services and academic services at a variety of higher education institutions. I most recently lived in the San Francisco Bay area for the last 15 years and worked in K-12 education. I enjoy working with students to support them as they discover the path that works best for them and learn to manage challenges that come their way. I am most proud of my two children who are both currently college students. I’m a huge basketball fan (and former basketball mom) and love watching HGTV.
