Mission
The Oregon State University School of Mechanical, Industrial, and Manufacturing lab facilities present some of the latest technology and equipment available to students, faculty and staff to utilize for class projects or research-related activities. We are rigorous in our efforts to provide a safe and productive environment for all lab users.
Lab access overview
Completion of lab safety training is required to access some labs, please read the table below for details. Following safety guidelines is required at all times, including:
- Always wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Wear appropriate attire (long hair tied back, close-toed shoes, no jewelry or headphones)
- Never work with power tools alone (other students or staff must be present)
