On the day of the event (Sept. 16th), we will provide a small breakfast spread in the conference room in the morning as well as provide lunch through the hotel. Any meals needed before or after breakfast and lunch on the 16th will need to be provided by the student.

The Washington Square Embassy Suites is located at 9000 SW Washington Square Rd, Tigard, Oregon, 97223 (503-644-4000). To view a map with directions, click here. Parking at the hotel is free, but parking at the building next door is not.

There will be a few breaks and some time after the event to talk to other companies you are interested in.

It is our understanding that companies attending are interested in hiring interns or employees.
