Biography
Sasha S.Y. Cain is an Instructor (Ecampus) in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
She started her engineering journey at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, earning a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. She later earned her M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), where she developed expertise in applied electromagnetics and antenna engineering. While at UIUC, she was supported by a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship.
Dr. Cain is a proud first-generation college graduate and is dedicated to making engineering education more accessible and engaging.
