Robert Hudspeth

Dr. Hudspeth’s specializes in nonlinear stochastic hydrodynamics; chaotic nonlinear dynamical systems; parameter identification in porous media; wave forces on fixed and floating structures; finite element modeling of near shore circulation dynamics; and poroelastic surface gravity wave soil interaction. He is a retired Navy reserve Captain from the Civil Engineer Corps. Before retiring, Dr. Hudspeth taught undergraduate and graduate classes in fluid and solid mechanics; surface gravity wave theory and applications; applied calculus and integral equations.
