Johanna Carson is the art director on the College of Engineering's External Relations team. She is responsible for building and enhancing the visual brand image of the college in all communications channels (print and digital). Additionally, Johanna ensures that all marketing and communications pieces support the college sub-brand and the Oregon State brand. After graduating with a degree in art from San Jose State University, Johanna worked for over 15 years in marketing and communications roles and her photography has been published in a variety of newspapers and magazines. Prior to joining Oregon State University, she served as the director of community and public relations for the Fairbanks North Star Borough School District.
