Biography
Cyndy Kelchner found her niche in Research Administration while living in Australia, and then continued assisting faculty to get and manage research grants during her 12 years at Idaho State University in the Division of Health Sciences. She joined OSU in 2017 to lead the College of Engineering Research and Economic Development team.
