About the Leadership Academy
The Academy is an innovative student experience developed and delivered with the strategic involvement and ongoing support of key corporate partners. The Academy accelerates students' development as EP2IC leaders; increasing graduates' competitiveness for employment and propelling their future success as early career professionals. Beyond the EP2IC pillars, members of the Leadership Academy can join the Grand Challenge Scholars Program, a program aimed at preparing engineers to collaborate and succeed in a transdisciplinary and global engineering environment, or members can work to join the Student Ambassador Program, an elite group of engineering students who are paid to represent the college.
