2 p.m. to 4 p.m., CH2M HILL Alumni Center Ballroom

Student Registration

  • Graduating students must register online by May 28. 
  • This is a public event. Participants may be photographed/videoed.
  • Check-in at OSU Alumni Center Ballroom on Friday, June 11 between 1:45 and 2:15 p.m.
  • Students MUST pre-register to participate. 
  • Only NSE graduating students should complete the RSVP form. 
  • Students graduating in summer 2026, fall 2026, winter 2027, spring 2027 and summer 2027 are invited to participate.
  • Caps and gowns are welcome, and business casual encouraged.

Other important details about NSE Graduation Celebration:

  • This event is just for Nuclear Science and Engineering graduates (undergrad and graduate level) and their guests. 
  • Guests are limited to 6 per student due to space limitations. Graduates need to indicate the number of guests on the RSVP form. 
  • Please contact nse.info@oregonstate.edu at least two weeks in advance should you or your guests need any special accommodations. 
  • Parking permits are required Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., in A, B, or C lots, as well as in any ADA-accessible space. Do not park in R1/R2 lots. Permits can be pre-purchased online or obtained at pay stations located throughout campus.   • Participation in both the School Celebration on June 11 and the University Commencement Ceremony on June 12 is encouraged. Diplomas are only awarded at the university ceremony on June 12.
  • Only students who registered by May 28 will have their names read and included in the program.
