Information for graduating students

Like completing your degree, there are a few steps to complete. Students can Register here beginning May 1.

• Register in the above link before May 31, 2026.
• This is a public event. Participants will be photographed/videoed.
• You MUST register to participate.
• Check-in at Gill Coliseum at 6:15 p.m. on Friday, June 12.

Important details about the CCE Graduation Celebration

• Registration opens May 1 and closes May 31.
• Students who have graduated or will graduate Summer 2025, Fall 2025, Winter 2026, Spring 2026, Summer 2026 or Fall 2026 may participate.
• Students are encouraged to attend the School Celebration on June 12 and the University Commencement Ceremony on June 13. Diplomas are only awarded at the university ceremony on June 13.
• This is a CCE hardhat (or cap) and gown ceremony. Graduation gowns can be purchased from the Beaver Store or borrowed from a friend. Graduate students may also purchase a hood.
• Accommodation requests for the CCE Graduation Celebration (not the OSU Ceremony on June 13) must be emailed to Demitra Schmidt, demitra.schmidt@oregonstate.edu, by May 31.

Important Deadlines

• April 15-16: OSU Beaver Store Grad Fair
• May 31: Deadline to RSVP to the CCE Graduation Celebration (registration opens May 1)
• June 1: Deadline to RSVP for OSU Commencement for undergraduates
• June 2: Deadline to submit OSU Commencement Accommodations Requests

Information for Guests

• Only clear bags are allowed in Gill Coliseum. Please refer to Oregon State Athletics' clear bag policy for specific information on bag restrictions. To speed entry into Gill, travel light.
• Do NOT bring these items to Gill. Refer to Oregon State Athletics' approved items list for additional information.
  • Balloons – minimum fine of $150/balloon
  • Wrapped gifts
  • Alcohol/drugs
• Please be advised, this is an athletics venue. Guest seating is not built for comfort.
• This is a public event. Participants may be photographed/videoed.
• There is a brief reception afterwards.
• Empty water containers and unopened bottled water are permitted.
• Parking is free in most lots except in metered/reserved parking spaces. Do not park in R1/R2 lots.
