Information for graduating students

Like completing your degree, there are a few steps to complete. Students can register beginning May 1.

  • Register before May 31, 2027.
  • This is a public event. Participants will be photographed/videoed.
  • You MUST register to participate.
  • Check-in at Gill Coliseum at 6:15 p.m. on Friday, June 11.

Important details about the CCE Graduation Celebration

  • Registration opens May 1 and closes May 31.
  • Students graduating in summer 2026, fall 2026, winter 2027, spring 2027 and summer 2027 are invited to participate.
  • Students are encouraged to attend the School Celebration on June 11 and the University Commencement Ceremony on June 12. Diplomas are only awarded at the university ceremony on June 12.
  • This is a CCE hardhat (or cap) and gown ceremony. Graduation gowns can be purchased from the Beaver Store or borrowed from a friend. Graduate students may also purchase a hood.

Important Deadlines

  • April 21-22: OSU Beaver Store Grad Fair
  • May 31: Deadline to RSVP to the CCE Graduation Celebration (registration opens May 1)
  • June 1: Deadline to RSVP for OSU Commencement for undergraduates
  • June 2: Deadline to submit OSU Commencement Accommodations Requests

Information for Guests

No guest tickets required; all are welcome! Let's fill Gill! 

  • Only clear bags are allowed in Gill Coliseum. Please refer to Oregon State Athletics' clear bag policy for specific information on bag restrictions. To speed entry into Gill, travel light.
  • Do NOT bring these items to Gill. Refer to Oregon State Athletics' approved items list for additional information.
    • Balloons – minimum fine of $150/balloon
    • Wrapped gifts
    • Alcohol/drugs
  • Please be advised, this is an athletics venue. Guest seating is not built for comfort.
  • This is a public event. Participants may be photographed/videoed.
  • Empty water containers and unopened bottled water are permitted.
  • Parking is free in most lots except in metered/reserved parking spaces. Do not park in R1/R2 lots.
