This is a group coaching session with alum Matthew Johnson, Vice President of Engineering at Generac Power Systems. Matthew is a computer science ('17) alum.
Matthew will share a little about his background and then take your questions. This is a great opportunity to get coached by a pro.
While at OSU, Matthew was a student engineer in the Open Source Lab at the Center for Applied Systems and Software. His career has spanned across a wide variety of areas. He has worked in embedded systems, cloud infrastructure, and high-volume manufacturing. He also previously served in engineering and leadership roles at Intel and Tesla.
This event is moderated by OSU's ACM chapter - and open to all students. ACM is the pre-professional club for anyone interested in computing and computer science. Learn more about ACM at https://acm.oregonstate.edu/ or https://www.instagram.com/osu.acm/
The EECS Webinar Series are a series of talks to help students jump start their careers. If you can't make it to campus, tune in on Zoom. All students are welcome.
While technical failures happen, we try to record the webinars. If you are concerned about appearing on screen - consider waiting for the recording to post on the website.
