Biography

Bill Drinkward joined Hoffman Construction in 1990 and is presently a project engineer responsible for coordination of Hoffman's pre-construction services and GMP preparation, scheduling, cost-control, project coordination, evaluation of subcontractors, and interfacing with staff. He began his career as an Assistant Project Engineer for a 184,000-sf facility for Intel in Aloha. He has since completed several other facilities for Intel, as well as a 750,000-sf structure for Fujitsu in Gresham. Most recently, he managed the 26-story Fox Tower project in downtown Portland. Drinkward has an impressive record of creating the infrastructure that supports Oregon's high tech industry on-time and under budget.
