Biography
Bill Byers graduated from OSU in 1973 with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Since earning an MBA from the University of Oregon in 1982, he has worked for CH2M Hill. Throughout his career with the firm, while progressing in management responsibility, he has maintained his technical roots by publishing a technical article or paper.
