Biography

After graduating from OSU, Scott Williams spent four years with W.H. Gregory Co., and five years with Genstar Construction before joining Hamilton Construction Company as a project manager and superintendent. He became vice president and chief estimator in 1988, with responsibility for all estimates and work acquired, including the Interstate-5 McKenzie and Willamette Bridges, Rogue River (Gold Beach) Historic Bridge Rehabilitation, and the Lacey V. Murrow Floating Bridge reconstruction in Washington state. Scott has served as the president of Hamilton Construction since 2000, with responsibilities for all major operations of the company.
