After graduating from OSU in 2000, Ryan Dow attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he completed a master’s of engineering in high performance structures in June 2001. He joined McNamara/Salvia in Boston as a design engineer, and was promoted to project manager and then to associate. In 2006, he moved to WSP Cantor Seinuk, Inc. in New York City as a senior project manager. He is currently project director, providing project management and leadership to multiple structural analysis, design, and production teams responsible for rebuilding the World Trade Center Towers 2 and 3 and other high rise building projects. Dow is also responsible for business development, new project concepts and structural systems, staff recruitment, and training. He was president of the OSU student chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and is still active in the organization, serving on the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.
