Biography

Rudy Frank has led a life of professional achievement in the United States and internationally. At Lucent Technologies, Rudy introduced telecommunications transmission products in Japan, Germany, Saudi Arabia, India and South Africa. He served as president of Cincinnati Bell Information System’s international group and as a manager with AT &T’s Bell Laboratories.Rudy served as the creator of BEST – Building Enthusiasm for Science and Technology; a member of a White House science and technology advisory committee on black colleges and universities and on the board of governors of the Communications Society of the Institute for Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
