Biography

Randy Conrads received his bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Oregon State University in 1972. He worked at the Boeing Commercial Airplane Company for 21 years, part of that time as a senior contract manager. In 1995, Mr. Conrads left Boeing to found Classmates Online, Inc. The Company operates Classmates.com, a leading online community which enables more than 38 million members to find, connect and stay in touch with friends and acquaintances from school, work and the military.

People Magazine, The Today Show, 60 Minutes II and USA Today are among the many news media that have covered the inspirational reconnection stories of Classmates.com members. Classmates.com was No. 4 among the Top 25 Web destinations ranked by consumer paid online content revenue in both 2003 and 2002 according to the Online Publishers' Association - surpassing The Wall Street Journal Online (WSJ.com) and Microsoft's MSN among other leading sites. Classmates was named the No. 1 and No. 2 fastest growing private company in Washington for 2002 and 2003 respectively by the Puget Sound Business Journal. Classmates.com was honored as Service Provider of the Year and Consumer Product of the Year at the WSA Industry Achievement Awards in 2004 and 2003 respectively. Classmates.com was also named one of Time Magazine's Top 50 websites and PC Magazine's Top 100 websites.

Mr. Conrads personal honors include being named eBusiness Report's 2001 Entrepreneur of the Year. In addition to serving as Chairman of the Board of Classmates, in 2002 Mr. Conrads co-founded RedWeek.com, an online marketplace connecting travelers and the timeshare community, where he serves as President and CEO.

Mr. Conrads is a frequent speaker at technology and business conferences.
