
Pat O'Brien is the majority owner and an original partner of OTKM Construction Incorporated in Portland, Oregon. OTKM has an extensive and varied portfolio of projects ranging from state-of-the-art surgical units and hospital expansions to schools, hotels, business and industrial facilities, and projects for the rapidly expanding wine industry in Oregon. He is a past president of the Oregon Columbia Chapter of Associated General Contractors (1986), and past chairman of the AGC of America Partnering Task Force (1993-1995). O'Brien currently serves as the Chair of the AGC of America Subcontractor Relations Committee and as President of the Construction Engineering Foundation, which support the CEM program at OSU. He was instrumental in the establishment of a scholarship for African-American Students through Oregon State University's Construction Engineering Management Program.
