Biography

With a PhD from Colorado State University in 1986, Jeff is Chief Executive Officer of WEST Consultants, a firm specializing in water, environmental and sedimentation technology. A professional engineer in six states, he is an expert in dam break inundation, dam safety, mud and debris flows, and Mt. St. Helens sedimentation. He is the coauthor of the recent book Gravel-Bed Rivers in the Environment with OSU Professors Klingeman, Beschta and Komar. A Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers and member of seven other professional organizations, Jeff is an active leader in his field. Dr. Bradley is President Elect of the Environmental and Water Resources Institute of ASCE.
