Biography

Following graduation, Dwayne Foley was employed by Northwest Natural and went on to build a career with the company that spanned almost 40 years. At the time of his retirement, he was the company’s chief engineer and senior vice president for Operations Support. He also served as president and CEO of Oregon Natural Gas Development Corporation and as chairman and president of KB Pipeline Company, both Northwest Natural subsidiaries.

Foley is past president of the Columbia Chapter of the Professional Engineers of Oregon; former president, CEO, and trustee of the OSU Foundation; former director of alumni relations for the OSU Alumni Association; and former member of the OSU College of Engineering Technology Campaign Cabinet. He currently serves on the College of Engineering Advisory Board.
