Biography
After completing an MBA at the University of Washington in 1980, David Issett worked for Azurdata in Redmond, Washington, before joining US West Cellular Communications in 1984. In 1988, he moved to EMF Corporation as Vice President, Sales and Marketing. He became President and CEO in 1989 and Chairman of the Board in 1993. EMF is a mid-size manufacturer historically providing high speed paper-handling equipment to the graphic arts and publishing industry, subsequently expanding its focus into the touchscreen kiosk and e-commerce terminal marketplace. In 1999, David joined Acorto Inc., as President and CEO. Acorto is the leading manufacturer of automatic expresso machines, with sales and service worldwide.
