Darald (Darry) Callahan: Academy of Distinguished Engineers - 1999

Darald (Darry) Callahan began his career with Chevron as a research engineering at Chevron Research Company in Richmond, California. He was elected President of Chevron Oil Bahamas Limited in 1980. After serving in management positions, he was named General Manager of Marketing Operations in 1985 and, in two years, was elected President of Warren Petroleum Company. He became Senior Vice President of Chevron Chemical Company in 1991, and was elected Corporate Vice President and President of Chevron Chemical Company in 1999. Mr. Callahan has served as Chair of the OSU Environmental Engineering Advisory Board and as a member of the OSU Foundation Board of Trustees of Oregon State University.
