Biography

Carmen Tseng earned a bachelor’s of electrical engineering in 1983. She is currently vice president of engineering at Enuclia Semiconductor where she is responsible for ASIC software and systems development for Enuclia's Pipeline Video™ architecture. With more than 20 years of experience, Tseng has held a broad range of engineering and technical leadership positions at Tektronix, InFocus, Intel, and Pixelworks.

During this time, she has contributed to the design of 14 ASICs. Most recently, Tseng served as senior engineering director and fellow at Pixelworks where she was the sixteenth hire, overseeing product development for six commercially successful image processing SOCs for retail consumer products.
