One of the benefits of the Systems option is its accreditation. The Computer Systems Option is accredited by the Computing Accreditation Commission of ABET, http://www.abet.org in both Bachelors of Science degrees and in Honors Bachelors of Science degrees. The Computer Systems option gives students the necessary training and preparation that many large companies (such as Google, Apple, and Intel) desire.
