Yvette has been a dedicated professional in the field of continuing education since 2000. Prior to joining Oregon State University, Yvette held a variety of roles in the education sector, including Veteran Affairs school certification specialist, financial aid verification specialist, financial aid advisor, and most recently as the associate director of Enrollment Services & Registrars. In each of these roles, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to serving students and helping them achieve their goals.

Outside of work, when she is not studying or researching, Yvette enjoys reading, reading and writing poetry, photography, art (painting, drawing, sculpting), astronomy, making meaningful data visualizations, cooking, yogalates, nature walks and hikes, singing, dancing, and finding joy in the little things that make life magical.

Yvette has worked closely with thousands of prospective students, students, and their families, and shares her commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for her students and colleagues, with Oregon State.
