Biography

For over 30 years, Ms. Galatz’s career focused on bringing new ideas to life - innovating and working the white spaces to drive change. These efforts directed strategic corporate decisions across multiple functions, reshaped products and services, improved 24/7/365 high tech manufacturing lines, and inspired consumers around the globe.

In 2018, she retired from Nike with a passion to build capacity in people, teams and organizations to drive change. Consulting / Coaching through Yellow Bike Lab, LLC. and instructing at Oregon State University allow her to continue making a difference.

Teaching Interests
Ms. Galatz’s teaching interests include courses related to engineering management, especially positioning engineers to drive change, increase their impact and connect with diverse stakeholders.
