Robert "Bob" Henry has performed or managed nearly every IT role in his 32 years as an IT professional. Project teams he has overseen include information security, enterprise resource planning, systems development, web application development, database engineering and administration, network engineering and administration, systems engineering and administration, and customer service support. As the first chief information security officer at Santa Clara University (2012-2016) and the first CISO at Boise State University (2007-2012), Bob established information security programs from the ground-up developing policy, training programs, incident response capability, and formalized identity and access management.

Bob is active in Higher Ed InfoSec both regionally and nationally, having served on the Higher Education Information Security Council leadership committee and as a member of the HEISC Technologies, Operations, and Practices Working Group. Bob has delivered numerous presentations and publications to organizations as diverse as the High Tech Crime Investigations Association and the PacWest Student Financial Services Association.
