Jennifer Moore

As the Office Manager for CBEE, Jennifer provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure the seamless functioning of the school’s academic and administrative infrastructure. A member of the school leadership team, she participates in developing and executing school-wide strategies, policies, and long-term initiatives that support institutional excellence.

Working with the School Head, Jennifer provides input on financial planning and oversees the program budget, including expense approvals, financial reporting, and resource allocation for a multi-million-dollar budget. She advises on financial strategy, ensuring budgetary decisions align with long-term institutional goals and operational sustainability. Jennifer leads efforts to simplify workflows, optimize administrative systems, and enhance service delivery, allowing faculty and staff to focus on their core work.

As the unit’s HR Liaison and Search Administrator, Jennifer manages faculty and staff hiring, aligning recruitment efforts with institutional priorities. She also oversees facilities and space utilization across 5 buildings for the school, ensuring students have the resources needed to operate efficiently.

Jennifer’s professional experience includes operations and change management, program development, and strategic process reengineering.
