Biography
Heath Kersell’s interests lie in enabling a ‘roadmap’ to discovering materials for sustainable energy technologies. To that end, he has established and employed experimental methods enabling correlation of chemistry, structure, and activity at the nano- and atomic-scales. By understanding atomic scale material transformations inambient gas environments, his work seeks to accelerate the identification of materials suitable for more energy efficient, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective catalysis.
