Dr. Rogge teaches or has taught a wide range of courses relating to construction engineering and project management, including estimating, scheduling, project administration, and methods and operations.

Dr. Rogge's interests include estimating and cost control; planning and scheduling; construction labor productivity; asphalt materials; alternative methods for project delivery; and construction computer applications.
