Biography
Dr. Bell returned to the school in 2011, after serving as Associate Dean of Engineering for 11 years and working on special projects in the Provost’s office for three years. His interests include transportation materials; pavement design and evaluation; and heavy vehicle monitoring and management. Recent projects involve mainline preclearance and safety of commercial vehicles.
