This is a public event. Participants will be photographed/videoed. You MUST register to participate.
Important details about the CBEE Graduation Celebration
- School of CBEE students who plan to participate must register to have your name read.
- Registration is open May 1-31.
- CBEE Club T-shirts will be available for purchase at the Graduation Celebration
- Students who have graduated or will graduate Summer 2024, Fall 2024, Winter 2025, Spring 2025, or Summer 2025 may participate.
- Students are encouraged to attend the School Celebration on June 13 and the University Commencement Ceremony on June 14. Diplomas are only awarded at the university ceremony on June 14.
- This is a cap and gown ceremony, but caps and gowns are not mandatory. Graduation caps and gowns can be purchased from the Beaver Store or borrowed from a friend. Graduate students may also purchase a hood.
- Due to limited seating for the CBEE Graduation Celebration, each graduate can register up to four guests (in addition to yourself).
- Parking is free in most lots except in metered/reserved parking spaces. Do not park in R1/R2 lots.
- Please contact us at least two weeks in advance should you need any special accommodations.
Important Deadlines
- April 2: Deadline to file a diploma application for Masters and Doctoral candidates
- April 16-17: OSU Beaver Store Grad Fair
- May 31: Deadline to RSVP to the CBEE Graduation Celebration (registration opens May 1)
- June 4: Deadline to RSVP for OSU Commencement for Undergraduates, Postbaccalaureates, Masters and Doctoral candidates
- June 5: Deadline to submit OSU Commencement Accommodations Survey
