Why visit Expo?
Lead your students through hundreds of student projects spanning all fields of engineering.
The length of your visit is up to you, as the Expo is free and open to explore in whatever way works best for your class.
A preview of all Expo projects, and guidance for planning your visit will be provided to all teachers who register.
OSU gives me great hope for the future of people, creatures and the planet. Many of them really felt like they had a future in engineering at the end of the trip.

Registration Details
The deadline for school registration is Friday, May 1 at noon.
Know what to expect
Teacher/Chaperone info sessions will be offered:
- Tuesday, May 19, 2026: Noon to 1 p.m.
- Tuesday, May 19, 2026: 4 to 5 p.m.
Note: Hundreds of College of Engineering students, staff and volunteers are involved in creating an amazing Expo experience for your students. Due to the size of this event, tours of engineering facilities will not be available. For that specific day, OSU will direct groups to use the Self-Guided Tour Option.
Funding assistance
Register your class by Friday, April 10 at noon to apply for up to $500 in transportation funding!
- Teachers can request support via the registration form. Requests are assessed by the Expo team and funding is awarded at their discretion.
- Funding is only for transportation expenses and cannot be used for staffing, meals, or other expenses.
