Students we Serve
The COE Center for Diversity & Inclusion supports and empowers students who have traditionally been denied equal opportunities in the field of engineering. These students include, but are not limited to:
- Students of color
- Undocumented or DACAmented students
- Students with disabilities
Connect with motivated peers and supportive mentors, prepare for a successful career, and create and design things you’ve only dreamt about at the Oregon State University College of Engineering.
The Center for Diversity & Inclusion serves our engineering students by working closely with cultural centers, engaging them through social and networking events, connecting them with campus resources, and offering more opportunities for our engineers to learn about the social and cultural realms that affect the engineering practice. Our center also supports multiple student organizations and develops programming to help first-year and transfer students successfully transition to Oregon State University and the College of Engineering.
