Chair and CEO of Meyer Corporation.

Stanley Cheng grew up in Hong Kong in a family-owned business. He headed stateside to Oregon State for an engineering degree. As an undergraduate, Cheng began planning a manufacturing strategy that would change the course of his family’s company.  Today, Meyer Corporation is the largest cookware manufacturer in the United States and second in the global marketplace.

Business and manufacturing are his trade but Cheng’s passion is wine. He and his wife Helen own Hestan Vineyards in the Napa Valley and proudly offer their critically-acclaimed wine 2006 Meyer Vineyard Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Hestan wines were also served at the White House last month when President Obama hosted a private dinner in honor of His Excellency Hu Jintao, President of the People’s Republic of China.
