As senior director of advancement, Ben is responsible for leading advancement efforts with a holistic approach by collaborating with the OSU Foundation, government relations, industry, and the Alumni Association. The senior director develops and executes College of Engineering strategic initiatives to engage alumni, volunteers, and affinity groups. Prior to joining the College of Engineering at Oregon State University, as director of alumni engagement at The University of Chicago, Ben oversaw alumni engagement initiatives including events, career development, and lifelong learning. Ben’s previous roles have included managing programming in the field of alumni relations and student life.
