The School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science is seeking a Undergraduate or Graduate student for this hourly position. The student in this position will be expected to work between 5 to 20 hours per week. This position is responsible for maintaining and developing new features for the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science website for Industry and Partners events.

This position will assist the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Corporate Relations Team and College of Engineering I.T. Team in maintaining the accuracy of industry contacts. Requires professional customer service skills as this person will communicate directly to students and industry professionals in a timely manner.

Applicant must be able to communicate effectively and professionally.

Required knowledge includes a strong understanding and proficiency in PHP, CSS, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, university policies related to data privacy, and trends in data security.

Must have strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently to meet deadlines. Candidates should already have a bachelor’s or be working at a bachelor’s level.

Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Preferred - Demonstrable commencement to promoting and enhancing diversity.

100% – Office Setting: Expected work schedule will range from 5 to 20 hours depending on the needs of the Corporate Relations Team.
