In her early career, Leah worked as a Faculty Research Assistant here at Oregon State, writing about salmon and watershed recovery. Then, for ten years, she shared her love of science with young people as an elementary educator. Leah returned to OSU in 2016 to help faculty in the College of Agricultural Sciences find and secure grant funding, and joined the College of Engineering in 2017. As a member of the CoE Research Administration team, Leah helps faculty to be successful in obtaining external funding by providing support during the grant submission of grant proposals.
