The College of Engineering, School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science invites applications for a full-time (1.00 FTE), 9-month, fixed-term Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Practice position. Reappointment is at the discretion of the School Head.
The position is expected to initiate new funded research as well as expand, complement, and collaborate with existing research programs in the School, the College of Engineering, and beyond. The position is also expected to perform duties related to teaching, student advising, advancing appropriate research and other scholarly activities, and service activities. As a Professor of Practice, the position is expected to initiate, grow and/or sustain external collaborations with other universities, government agencies, the private sector, and other sectors in order to advance university research and education goals.
